One's insurance company would probably like it better if one installed new calipers and lines as opposed to rebuilding. Rebuilding is fine if one has the tooling and ability however new calipers are fairly inexpensive in my opinion from say Atlantic British. I rebuilt my old ones and I'm keeping them for spares. I didn't have the time to deal with them and refuse to allow anyone but myself to work on my rover. Now I know how and that's half the battle.)
